Why such a late post? After shooting those first few moments of golden glory I went to work wishing I could have stayed on the sand. It was truly amazing!! and then this afternoon Ana and I went to the movies (as you do on a Tuesday afternoon).
So like I said the beach was amazing this morning. Our first real taste of autumn, crisp fresh air blowing offshore, sun bright but not baking and the swell had a few feet to play on. How good is this time of year? I went to Bronte as it's the closest beach to work today, therefore I could stay the longest. I was happy with my choice as it was so nice and peaceful. But, according to the ever reliable pocket buzzer Bondi was the place to be... South swell hitting the South facing Bondi. Makes sense!
