Absolutely blown away with today... by the wind; by how incredible this morning's sunrise was and by my fabulous afternoon in Bronte. I really didn't even plan on shooting!!
I thought to myself I really should have a few extra moments rest seeing that it's Monday. But, seeing that I woke up at my normal time, and that there were high clouds about. I wasn't going to miss out on any colourful displays.. So I ventured out.
I rocked up at the beach just as the sky exploded - some serious fire!
Then after work I headed to the shops for supplies.. however traffic up Bondi Rd was atrocious. I turned off as quick as I could, I had zero patience to sit in that stream of brake lights. The left turned me towards Bronte - I'm very thankful it did. The water looked as clear as the skies above. The clean but tiny shoreys in that winter dusk light looked sensational. I shot them for a bit, then headed over to the pool. There was nobody in it! Why you ask? The South corner (where the pool lies) was getting battered by strong westerly winds. I loved it, I had the pool to myself and I was able to come away with some new angles without people / bags / towels getting in the way. What do you think - Like them?
Good night,
Adam
